You will have to make him realise how sorry you are if you want to get back with your ex boyfriend. You always need to do this because it takes time and getting the trust back is imperative.
The nature in which you cheated also will effect your chances of getting your ex boyfriend back. So if you were only unfaithful the one time, it is more than likely that your ex boyfriend will agree to take you back.
If however you had a dirty affair behind his back that went on for months then there’s very little chance he will want you back. After all, if he had an affair behind your back would you want him back?.
All things considered it is possible to get your ex boyfriend back if you cheated on him but it is dependent on his personality. Also important is how genuinely sorry you are and how many times you cheated.
